Postage, Collections and Returns
Vintage-Patch is based in the heart of North Oxfordshire countryside. Our office is not currently open to the public, but you can use the postal address below for return orders and deliveries of clothing you are selling to us.
Please note, we are currently NOT shipping to NORTHERN IRELAND, EU & EAA countries due to GSPR legislation effective 13/12/2024. We hope to be able to offer this service again once certain aspects of how the the ruling will affect our products are clarified.

FREE POSTAGE OFFER
We offer free UK postage on orders over £20. Please choose the free postage button as you go through checkout.
Collection in person
If you are local to the area, you can also collect items you wish to purchase in person by prior arrangement. Email us with details of what you’d like to purchase and to arrange a suitable time to visit and collect.
Returns
We offer a 30 day money back returns service providing the item is returned to us in the same condition you received it. It is essential to contact us by email at [email protected] beforehand to allow us to help you with any difficulties and process your return correctly should it be necessary. You should also obtain a (free) proof of posting certificate from the post office at time of sending as we regret we cannot refund items lost in the post unless covered by this receipt.

Postal Deliveries
We post using Royal Mail’s second class and tracked 48 parcel service – and occasionally courier for very bulky or valuable items.
You should receive an email from us once the item has been despatched so please allow 5 working days from then for it to arrive.
Sustainability is very important to us. Clothing is sent in recyclable plastic bags as pictured, so please do pop these in the correct bin if you can.
To reduce plastic, our iron-on patches are sent out in an A5 white paper envelopes easily identified by our logo on the front.
Don’t forget if you are local to the OX15 area, you can arrange to pick up items in person from us. Just email [email protected] with details of what you’d like to purchase and to arrange a suitable time to visit and collect.
