Features:  Sweet scoop neck short tiered dress with feature oversize puff sleeves and open back with tie bow. This dress definitely makes a statement.  It has a loose fit swing style, gathered sleeves and elasticated back making it easy and comfortable to wear.  Made from 100% pure cotton, it features a beautiful swan Toile de Jouy  style print from the Laura Ashley archives in blue and white.
