Y2K Vintage Ice Blue DEBUT at DEBENHAMS Strapless Ballgown / Prom or Occasion Dress.

Features: Classic Empire Line Bodice and back skirt ruffle. This garment dates from approx 2003/4. The fabric is a silk tafetta style Acetate with a lovely sheen that shows of the very light blue/turquoise colour to stunning effect. Flattering shape. Side zip, fully lined and slightly stiffened skirt.  Strapless, (no straps included) but there are loops where decorative straps could be attached if wished.
