Beautiful TOM JOULE (JOULES) White Silk and Cotton Ruffle Neck Blouse

Very Good Condition

Features:  Fitted style with bust and waist darts, shirt style collar with placket ruffle and signature single pink button and pink velvet trim inside collar and cuffs.  Curved hem with small embroidered rabbit  near side seam.  Lovely quality fabric 52% silk, 48% cotton.Dry Clean recommended by care label, but we have handwashed this garment at cool temperature with no problem.
